We help families hire with heart, fairness, and peace of mind.
Family Requirements:
Must legally compensate your caregiver as an in-home employee using a W-2 and applicable overtime.
Agree to offer industry standards (i.e. guaranteed weekly pay based on a set schedule, paid vacation, holidays, and sick days).
